I have a 2012 Buick Regal base 4 engine, recently changed the engine air filter and oil. No trouble codes from BlueDriver.
Sometimes when I start the car from cold, the car shakes/vibrates mildly. It quickly goes away after running for a minute or two. Most other times it runs very smoothly.
I ran my scan tool, and it is showing some misfiring on all cylinders.
Should I check spark plugs? Clean fuel injectors?

Start basic change spark plugs filters then pray it's not something more complex like the engine wearing out is GM does make some pretty crappy products these days
