how do I fix cylinder 3 misfire

I have a 2012 Ford F150 3.5 L eco-boost. I got a code P0303. Misfire in cylinder three. I change the spark plug. Still getting the code. I swapped the number three ignition coil to number one cylinder. Still code P0303. Feels like it’s running on five cylinders. Engine shutters most of the time. Any ideas?

Do the compression test on that cylinder.

A  bad injector could be flooding that cylinder causing the misfire regardless of a functioning ignition.
