How often should I change the CVT transmission fluid in this Altima? I have heard different opinions on this matter. Anywhere from every 15,000 to 50,000 miles.Please hip. Thanks Rick

Look up the change interval in your owner’s manual. It should give you the exact interval & specific type of fluid to use.
If it claims to be a lifetime sealed transmission, Scotty recommends changing the fluid every 50,000 miles.
Change it more often if your driving conditions are harsh or if you drive in the mountains or often tow stuff.
Only change, never flush!
