I've got a 2012 Murano that recently just started going in to a limp mode I assume. 270k kms / 167k miles. As title states it's revving quite a bit slower than normal and if floored takes about 20 seconds to reach 70km/h (about 45mph). It does not feel like the trans is slipping as engine revs don't go up, I assume it's something sensor/electrical related as the traction control light came on with no other lights and if I disconnect the battery for a few minutes it will act normal for a day or two and then go back to acting up. I do have a vid of it, but I'm not sure if links will get posts bonked here.
Any suggestions on what to look for? I've got it booked in to a shop in a few days but would like to be prepared if possible.
Well so many things can do that from ignition fuel or transmission failure. Would you start with this guy like me hooking up a fancy scan tool and taken for a road test. We can analyze that data and figure out what is going wrong. Now for my experience it is off in the transmission doing it so I would personally look at that data first when I was road testing it
