Hello everyone,
I let my little cousin borrow my car and he hit a curb going 20-25mph. He bent the strut and destroyed the tire. I replaced the front wheel hub, rim, struts and tire. I got it aligned and everything is perfectly quiet until I reach 70-75mph. Although the impact was front right tire of the car, I hear a high pitched cyclical humming from the rear. Could my cousin have damaged the rear wheel hubs by hitting the curb? That is the only issue with the car now, but I want to fix is immediately so it doesn’t affect car performance long run. Willing to bet the cv axle has a slight bend in it. Same thing happened to my wife's car after her front right wheel caught a telephone pole.
