Hey Scotty, hello from Myrtle Beach, SC.  My ex-wife bought a used 2012 Nissan Versa a couple of years ago.  It has less than 100,000 miles on it.  The battery went dead a couple of weeks ago so she took it to Advanced Auto and got a new one.  They installed it for her but went she cranked it up the radio wouldn't work nor the set buttons on the clock.  They checked everything but couldn't get either one to work.  So she took it to a mechanic near her and they checked everything including the fuses but couldn't get the radio or clock set buttons to work either.  They even disconnected the new battery and reconnected it but still no radio or clock. They told her she would probably have to take it to the dealership and let them figure it out. Have any idea what the problem is?  Everything is working fine except the radio and the buttons to set the clock.

I would try a hard battery reset. On that car disconnect the negative and positive terminals and touch them together and keep them touching for a few minutes I usually zip tie them together. This will remove and retained power in the car to ensure a full reset

I did the hard battery reset but it didn't work. Have any other suggestions?

Only other thing I would suggest is checking ALL the fuses not just the ones that say audio or radio . Many times a fuse may seem irrelevant but it could share a power or ground with something else. It’s always better to check all of them there’s a box on the drivers side inside the car and another 2 I believe under the hood with the ipdm
