2012 Scion xD, 120000, AT.

Car had low idle after engine warmed up,  coming to stop would go low but never stalled.  Alternator went bad, replaced both alternator and battery.  Did idle relearn procudure.  Now car runs good until engine warms.  Stalls at stops, re- starts, rives fine at higher speeds, except coming to stop stalls.  Throttle body and MAF sensor were cleaned, thought MAF was bad tried new one made no difference.  Also replace spark plugs, air filter.

Also idling in park when headlights or heater are turned on idle will go low for couple of seconds.  With parking brake on car in gear idling when radiator fan turns on idle also goes low.  Both seem to accure when engine warms up.
