I am a Canadian needing to buy a new car. My 2017 mirage engine went out at 8yrs old. I don't have crazy money for a new vehicle and am looking at a 2013 chevy sonic as is sale from a dealer lot. Taking it to a mechanic tomorrow. 106k kilometers on the chevy. What's your opinions on this vehicle and what would you consider a deal breaker issue in buying this vehicle?

Not the worst out there but those are prone to a number of trouble areas. Hopefully your mechanic will do a thorough examination so you don't wind up with more problems and less money.
