Definitely pass on it: they were never good vehicles to begin with and that one is already at 150,000 miles. Between powertrain and electrical issues, it’s likely to become a money pit.

You’ve mentioned everything but the most critical items in any vehicle - the condition of the engine & transmission.
At that mileage, odds are one (or both) of the above are ready to go out.
