Hi Scotty, I got a 2013 Ford Focus Se 2.0L 5 speed with 155k miles. second owner, bought from a dealer. $3,000, Daily heavy driver. Check engine light reads P0420. Took to my local repair shop they cleared the code and said if it comes back on it’s the catalytic converter needs replacement. I think i can hear it rattling. But still getting good gas mileage. And runs just fine minus rattling. Should I replace it sooner than later? Is this a repair easy to do on my own? thanks!! Big fan from Michigan 🙂
