hello Scotty, I have a 2013 2.0l turbo ford fusion with 115k miles on it. I bought it used and it had 87k miles at the time. Anytime I drive it over rough surfaces or turn the wheel all the way to either left or right the traction control and ABS light will come and the steering will become heavy. After a short drive, it will go away. I have changed the ABS sensors severally but the problem still persists. Please help!

Get rid of the car because you would always have problem with your steering tracking system on those type of cars get rid of the car

"Steering angle sensor" located in steering column is problem. It can be as simple as disconnecting/reconnecting its wiring harness connector...electrical corrosion. Or it simply has worn out.

That sensor is part of the abs, traction control, and stability systems. Every time the steering wheel moves that sensor wears.
