My car generates a whirring sound most prominently when driving in 4th gear at 35mph/3k rpm and when driving and staying in high rpms (4.5k+)
Any idea what it could be?
Can you please make a YouTube video of the noise & post the link here?

Yes post a video if you can generally to the wheel bearings are transmission problems see my video finding the source of car noise as Scotty. That shows how to find the source of any sound
