2013 Honda CR-V Rear spoiler paint issues

I bought this car a year and a half ago with some chipped paint in the upper spoiler area (this chipped spot is in the crease between the trunk and roof but is part of the roof of the vehicle if that makes sense). The other chipped spots seem to have not worn down past the yellow stuff which I assume is primer or some other layer before the bare metal - but this spot has and there's some surface rust - is this going to become worse, or is it something I can leave / treat on my own somehow?

Also has anyone had any experience with 4th gen paint chips? There are small spots here and there that I noticed after buying, like around the spaces where the door closes. Vanity aside, I'm more concerned about rust than anything else, though all other spots are absolutely the same a year later, car has mostly been kept both outdoors and indoors.

Any advice would be appreciated, thank you for your time.

I can't tell what part of the car I'm looking at. Can you take a step or two backwards and take another pic.

Yep, sorry, I took a few zoomed out - its the part of the roof that's below the liftgate

To me it looks like somebody was trying to cram things into the back, or they closed the hatch on something, and scratched it.

Anyway, it's a small enough area that it may not cost too much to get it professionally repainted.

So its best to get in repainted then? Can it be done without repainting large areas? My concern was that it's part of the roof and couldn't be repainted without repainting that whole element of the car.

it's hard to judge from your photos. I was thinking they could hide the paint seam under the lip, but I'm not a body guy. You would have to ask them.
But I would definitely do something to treat the area so the rust doesn't continue. Once a tiny hole starts through the sheet metal then say goodbye.
