Hi Scotty,
I was just wondering where the 2013 CRV transmissions were manufactured. Were those manufactured in Japan and put together in the USA or both made and assembled in America. How about the engines? Thank you very much.

It depends because they were both made in Japan and the US (as well as some other countries for other markets). Check the window sticker of your car. It says how much percentage of the parts on your vehicle were made.
If you do have your window sticker look for:
Engine assembled
Transmission assembled
Final Assembly
