I am looking at a 2013 CR-V with 164,121 miles with a 185 hp 2.4L I4 engine and a 5 speed automatic transmission as a second vehicle, it's priced at $10,000...what do you guys think? Thanks for your help!

Pricing depends on the market in your area, which is unknown to us, as well as dealer vs. private sale, trim level, and equipment, none of which have been mentioned. Research pricing of comparable vehicles for sale in your area. You can get an idea of failure trends here:

You need to have a good mechanic give any used vehicle a thorough inspection before purchase to know if it's worth buying.
