I'd like to know the reliability on 2013 hyundai sonata. It has 77k miles on it. They want $5,500 for it. Would it be a good deal?

they are okay but not great vehicles they don't last as long as Toyota's Hondas but generally they're relatively trouble free the first hundred thousand miles or so

Yeah, not a fan. Pay for Toyota and drive for long time mostly trouble free. Look to private owner, dealers bury you with high profit. Those older sonatas drop value fast.
