Hello Scotty,
I bought my 2013 lexus in february 2024 with 50K miles and now its 55K miles. I hear a belt running noise but not rattling when observed from outside and inside when running without a/c. But it runs smooth like a butter. Should I worry about the noise?

Noise turns out to be issue with the type of oil. Noise went off after changing with Full synthetic oil and car runs smooth without noise.

Find the source of the noise, it's probably a worn belt or a belt driven accessory with a worn bearing.

Take the belt off and run it briefly, if the noise goes away then you know its something driven by the belt
