Who are "they"? A dealer? If so, new car dealer or used?
Sounds like a lot for a 12-year-old RX350. The very low mileage is highly suspicious for a vehicle that old and would need to be confirmed, and its condition verified by a good mechanic before purchase.
@chucktobias I'm sorry its a dealership not a private owner. Dealership keeps calling me. What should I look at when i inspect the car ? I asked them if I can have the car up on the lift for me to inspect

Unless you're a professional mechanic familiar with that model you need to have it inspected by a good mechanic before purchase. If the seller won't let you do that don't walk away from the deal, run away.

You should have an independant, experienced mechanic do a "pre-purchase inspection". They'll know whats up.
