Hi Scotty,
I have a used 2013 E400 stalled twice on the highway and everything shutdown but after 5 minutes it started again.
I have replaced spark plugs and all ignition coils but still the same issue.
Please advise.

Well there's about dozen things that can do that. What you need is a guy like me to hook up his fancy scan tool. On first analyze all the recorded data of trouble codes and related problems. If none can be found that way then a mechanic like me has the road test it with the scan tool hooked up and then when it acts up that scan to records the previous 20 seconds of data and we push a button and it stops recording. Then we analyze that data and find out exactly what went wrong. Otherwise you are just pissing in the wind guessing
