Hello I got a 2013 Toyota rav4 with only 36,000 miles on it, it’s a limited awd automatic. When I am driving on a bumpy road it literally turns off for 1 or 2 seconds and comes back on, the steering locks which can make it potentially very dangerous when it does it on highways I took it to the dealership but they said they don’t see anything wrong with it, the only thing I know is it turns off when going on a bumpy road and if the left side is the one bumping please help

This is a guess but I imagine that your fuel pump is losing power
It may be that it's starting to burn out or there's a loose wire somewhere
I would check all wiring and all grounds
