How to fix my 2013 Subaru BRZ?

I am in desprate need of professional help. I have a 2013 subaru brz. About a month after I got the car, the engine (fa20) was showing signs of a spin bearing :ie rod knock. I did what I thought made sense and bought a used fa20. The engine came from a 2016 scion frs. I've had the used engine in the car for about a month now and still can't get it running properly. The engine will turn over and start and die immediately. If I step on the gas, the engine will start and run very roughly. When the engine runs, it has no respons to throttle at all unless I let off the gas at which point the engine dies. My scan tool shows codes for the crankshaft position sensor A as well as maf, map, and iat sensors (I forgot the code #s). The iat and map sensors have a high input and the maf has a low input. I have tripple and quadruple checked all wiring and mad sure it has good fuel with fuel pressure. The throttle body responds accordingly and I have a brand new oem maf sensor. Just in case though, I used a volt meter and checked the resistance of the map and maf sensors as well as the voltage going to the sensors (confirmed 5.07v). I would very much apriciate any type of input or any comment pertaining to this mater. Thank you {black}:idontknow:

Watch How to make your car run better with a little spray cleaner.
