Coolant in the cylinders

Good day,

I have a 2013 Toyota Camry 2.5L SE, and on Monday I put fuel in my car and maybe an hour later I was at a stop light and noticed my car was shaking and when I accelerated it was like it was putt putt putt and smoothed out at 40 MPH. Now I’m between from 0 - 40 my engine light flashed then came on. I took it to Autozone and they told me I was having a misfire in cylinder 3. I replaced the ignition coil and spark plug. Still same issue. They told me I would probably just need to drive it a little for the PCM to register the fix. I drove probably another hour or so and got close to my house and I could hear a noise coming from the engine and the engine died, I was able to restart and then again the car died moments later. This second time, the car would not start and started leaking coolant from the reservoir. Tuesday, I took spark plugs out and noticed coolant in the holes. Could this be a blown head gasket (my oil is still fresh from the oil change I had done) or could it be a blown intake manifold?

If coolant is coming from inside the combustion chamber (on the tips of the spark plugs) you have a blown head gasket. If the coolant was just dripping onto the outside of the plugs then it's coming from another source.
