How often should I change my oil

Good Morning Scotty, I have a question about my 2013 Toyota Highlander Plus. I have 205,000 miles on the original engine and transmission. No major issues except usual wear and tear. My dealers service center startd to recommend changing the oil every 10,000 miles as of last year. They were saying since its synthetic oil and I am driving 99% highway, I don't have any issues going over 10 thousand miles on same oil. Is it true or they want to run my car into the junk yard sooner?

Scotty frequently says oil is cheap, engines are expensive. Take the cost of replacing the engine  - for what that costs, you can easily buy 100 oil changes. Change every 5000 miles, and you should be keeping your Highlander's engine happy for another 200,000 miles.

Is it true

no, of course not. And especially for high mileage engines. If anything you should change it more often. Stop going to dealerships.
