I'm thinking about buying a 2013 Toyota Tacoma are there any issues with that vehicle that I should avoid and not buy it

Generally they are good trucks bit have your mechanic check the car. You should expect to have some noises compared to other competitors.

2013 was a solid year, and worth getting if an independent, honest mechanic checks it out and gives his OK.

What do you want to use it for? You know they can't do any real work, right? They are incredibly reliable, though. But, I would never pay the money for them myself. I'm more of a tundra guy.
