What are your thoughts about a 2014 Honda Accord 2014 EX? Currently has 69,000 miles. Should I buy it? Reliable ? Thanks

I'd consider the possibility of oil burning to be the most concerning problem. Be sure to have a good mechanic check it out before purchase.
