I recently purchased a 2014 Enclave from a dealer. My problem is when I make a hands free phone call, I can hear the person I call, but when I speak, they cannot hear me. The car is all stock. Any suggestions that doesn't involve putting in a new head unit?

Nobody works on those things. If I were you I would just get a phone holder and stick it on the dash and talk to the phone directly
