Start with cleaning the MAF sensor and throttle body.
maf sensor is good 2.5g at idle clean it evey year at summer. throtle body cleand 100k miles ago now 154000.
Time for some new plugs too.
spark . denso changed 98000 miles ago
measure your fuel pressure
Check for clogged catalytic converters since you had mixture problems before
engine light not on . there r no code. so there should not have po420 cattalytic converter clogged. i think is fuel pump problem. need to check fuel presssure. thx i dont know how to do it need to bring to shop. never change fuel filter . or fuel sock ( fuel strainer) nevery changed. my old 2005 corolla 270000 miles nevery go this b4.
i dont know how to do it
It shouldn't be too hard. I think most modern cars have a schrader valve on the fuel rail . You just hook up a pressure gauge (in the range of 100PSI) to it. I built one for about $20. Or harbor freight sells one for $32. If you're really hard up there are places that loan tools.
I don't think you have GDI, so pressure should be in the neighbourhood of 40-50 PSI. Might as well grab a repair manual too.
Cycle the key on an off a few times to see if it builds up pressure and holds is fairly steady for 15 mins or so. Then I tuck the gauge under a wiper and go for a drive and keep watching it.
thx
