My wife has a 2014 Chevy Traverse and she has told me numerous times and I have seen numerous times that one picticlaur headlight bulb "passenger side" keeps going out after being replaced we have taken it to numerous shops and they said they fixed it and yet it keeps going out any suggestions of what it is or could be?.
What light bulb brand are you buying for your car? Where is it made? Is it recommended for your car?
Just the standard Sylvania halogen bulb thats what she's always used there great bulbs but we just can't seem to figure out why it keeps going out it would be about a month or so before we keep having to replace it sometimes sooner than that.
Check and see if there is a water leak or if there is water in your headlight. If water gets in your headlight, it will cause a short circuit which will make the headlight bulb burn out. If it's not that, I would buy a different brand that's made for your car.
Ok thanks I'll look into that.
A short would just shunt power away from the bulb. Also the fuse would blow.
