2014 Chrysler 300c Hemi why are my long term fuel trims higher?

With my el cheapo scan tool, I see my short term fuel trims are close to zero while the long terms are -8% and -6%.  I've only driven the car 500-800 miles per month the last few months with 30-40% in town with quite short trips (1-4 mile trips in a small town).  Does that kind of usage contribute to those long term trims?  Or is this more pointing to leaky fuel injectors, dirty MAF, or...?  O2_1 voltages look sinusoidal and O2_2 voltages are steady @.7V.  No codes.

O2 sensor, wires, coils, plugs, maf, injector. Your upstream O2 should be going up and down not stay steady. The down stream should be fairly steady. Google properly working o2 sensor graph and look at images
