I have a 2014 Ford Escape SE 1.6L FWD with a little over 68,000 miles. Overall it has been reliable. The muffler has grown hair (fiberglass comes out of the tail pipe every now and then) and whether the tranny crashes any time soon is unknown. My issue is the ride. It is so bouncy and jittery (no vibration) it can make me car sick driving it. I thought it was the aging Altimax 43's so I replaced them with Continental LX25's to make the ride better. No luck. Any idea what would be causing this? (CV's?). I'm thinking of getting rid of it next year as I won't drive it (let the wife and kids suffer). I drive the 2004 Hyundai XG350L I inherited from my dad when he passed. I need something that rides nice...
