Hey Scotty,
I have a 2014 Ford F150 with a 5.0 V8 Crew Cab. I bought it used with 87,000 miles in 2018. It now has 131,000 miles and no real issues as of yet. But I wanted to ask if the current mileage is too much to even consider a simple transmission fluid change (not a flush).
Also I would like to know your opinion on which high mileage motor oil would be best for this V8 engine, and should I switch my current orange engine coolant to the new compatible yellow coolant that Ford now uses? Thanks so much.

Well the coolant is backwards compatible so you could switch to the modern stuff. I would use the castrol oil. And I would just change the fluid and filter by dropping the pan I would not flush
