I have a 2014 honda accord lx with the one screen in the dashboard (display, radio, backup canera, etc), buttons in the console, and a vent on both sides of the buttons. I have to buy a special bracket that will accommodate a single/double din aftermarket stereo. Will this cause problems with my security system or backup camera?

I would stick to the factory stereo unless absolutely necessary.
