Hey Scotty my brother’s 2014 Hyundai Elantra car had got flooded right after he was driving his car in the flood and it got in the car too after the flooding went down they went to the car and try to start it up a few times i think three times and it acting like it wants to turn over but it’s not then they call me I told them not to start the car up because they will Hydro lock the engine or they will bend the pistons because something (water)is in the piston chambers so I had sent them your videos you talking about fixing flooding cars so now they had someone to push the water out of the chamber, empty the oil pan, air out the intake, replace the engine air filter, air out the spark plugs but it’s still not starting up they said it could be battery, starter or internal engine problems so what should they do?

Push it off a cliff.  Or, better yet, they're getting about $80 per ton at the scrap metal yard.
