There is a P0101 code for mass airflow sensor. I changed out the sensor and reflashed the computer, and the code came back along with another code P0171. I cleaned the throttle body and smoked the intake. I checked for vacuum leaks. I didn't find any. I drove the car for 16 miles at 55 miles an hour and both codes came back.

That's a bit extreme. Or did you mean that you cleared the diagnostic faults?
