I recently bought a 2014 Roush stage 1 mustang and a a V6

it only has 8000 miles on it and I want to increase the horsepower

what are some ways I can increase horsepower in my V6 that you would recommend? Thank you!

The Roush Stage 1 V6 Mustangs are primarily made to look good and offer budget performance, and they accomplish both.

However, if you want more power, Scotty is right: the only thing to do is a supercharger. The Roush already has a Roush cold air intake, Roush exhaust, Roush tune.....so those items are already taken care of. The 3.7L V6 motor is a good engine, but they don't like to have big power put through them.

My recommendation is to drive it as it is because there aren't any real cheap items you can add and I wouldn't recommend spending the money to do forced induction. The 3.7L V6 is a reliable motor and if you treat it properly you can get a long life out of it. You've got a good looking car....just enjoy it! Cool

Well if you really want more power you have to spend a lot of money supercharger or turbo charger or rebuild the engine it's an expensive endeavor if you want to actually get horsepower
