Hey I have 4 corners brakes and rear wheel bearings and every day I get the wheel as I sit in the car and as the rear wheels make their first few rotations. Suspension and like and all look good .... can cheap wheel bearing go out in as fast as 3000 km?

A wheel bearing can go out right away, if it wasn't installed and lubricated properly. Try chocking the front wheels and jacking up the rear corners of the car then rotating the wheels by hand to see if your brakes/parking brakes are dragging and making noise.
