2015 4 cylinder Camry transmission slippage

Hi Scotty, I love your You tube channel.  My Camry only has 44k miles on it but now the transmission slips intermittantly only in 1st gear when it is under 35 degrees when I first use it in the morning. Tach revs to 2500-3000 rpms to get it moving.  After i go 1/8 mile it seems to be ok shifting. It sometimes hunts gears when cold.  Then it is fine. I took it to the dealer and they had it for a week and said it wouldn't act up.  It is still under warranty, I took a video of it with my phone. I plan to take it back to the dealer next week.  Last summer I had the fluid changed at a reputable transmission shop, not a flush just drain and fill. I don't want this thing to kill me. Any suggestion what could cause this? Any ideas.

Thank you,

Jim Farrow

Dealer is playing you...you have the proof but yet they don't want to do whats required of them.   You would think that they would at least change the trans oil and filter but I guess they didn't even want to do that. I would go to another dealer and see what they would say to this.

When I took it to them initially they reflashed the transmission supposidly, It seemed a little better for a while. I'm taking it back there and if they don't replace the transmission fluid to make sure the fluid is at the proper level I'll take it to another dealer or contact Toyota corporate.
