Scotty, my wife has a 2015 Chevy Trax I recently replaced the O2 sensor on the engine block and the one on a new exhaust manifold I also installed and am now getting this code. What is wrong? Could the wiring be bad?
Can you provide the code?

Well didn't have that card before it seems to me that you got a bad oxygen sensor. Those are extremely sensitive sensors and if you don't buy the original equipment factory sensor they often will not work in tribcoats. I would never ever put an aftermarket sensor on any car these days they're far too complex to use a cheap part on
They were Bosch Sensors so I thought they'd be ok. Evidently not.
