Love all your videos. Months ago my car sent a PCV valve issue code, I replaced the PCV valve which was causing rough running after filling up with gas. There isn't a check engine light on anymore, and I can't find any codes when I scan it. When stopped at stoplight the car runs slightly rough. I've changed my oil regularly and not sure what the exact issue might be now? Not sure if it is still PCV related or maybe oxygen sensor? I have 118K miles and want to keep it going. I also changed the spark plugs at 115K miles and used iridium per OEM replacement.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Try cleaning the throttle body and MAF sensor.
Thanks, will see if i can reach it...throttle body is packed in really tight above the oil filter. FORD really packed this engine bay tight
