Ok Scotty. I got one for you... I have a 2015 FIAT500L. The big one for 4 doors.... This is the first Non Toyota or Honda I own. I am 53 years old and I have had plenty of cars .. I know what a TRANSMISSION PROBLEM IS... well this car is an electric transmission and when I shift in gears it trys to ssnd the signal to the transmission bit in the cluster tells me grers not found... I know for a fact that is an electronic problem but both the dealer and local transmission shop is telling otherwise.... 7k for the dealer 3k for local transmission shop .. I don't mine paying however I can charge the transmission and spend all that money but I know the problem is electrical... by the way the computer readings say Gear shifter num 3 is defective or not sending signals

OK, … old Fiat (2015), that makes it about, … oh, 5 or 6 years old. Market for those is shockingly poor: … reputation for most horrendous overall quality. Is this kind of a vehicle, … say, with 3rd gear not defective yet, worth 7 grand (or even 3 grand)? Dunno, … but me thinks not!
