if we try to start the jeep 10 times it may not start 1 of the times. Usually a little hand held battery jumper will get it started, once it took jumper cables.
my daughter has a Bluetooth device plugged into the cigarette lighter so she can listen to music from her phone on the radio? Could that be the problem? The jeep dealer had the car for ten days couldn’t figure it out and charged us $140.
I noticed after the jeep dealer had it that she had the blue tooth device plugged in the lighter. When I went to start it it verbally speaks power is good or something like that when the device is in. When the device is not in it doesn’t say anything when it starts.
Your alternator or battery are likely the culprit, try the lowest hanging fruit, first. My guess would be the battery, especially if it's the original battery.
