Hello, first post here and hoping for some help with an issue I have been dealing with since September.
I have a 2015 Jeep wrangler unlimited 102k miles on it
Back in September I had dash lights come on showing the abs system was malfunctioning, shortly after the vehicle went into limp mode. Took it to the dealership who scanned it and said it was a failed ABS module but they are currently on engineering hold and not being made.
Fast forward till now, the jeep is still in the shop the modules still arnt being made, the engineering hold keeps getting pushed back, all of the places that claim to be able to repair an abs module appear to be scams and none of the used ones I can buy on eBay have any guarantee of working. So I’m just wondering if anyone has any leads on what to do next or if there is a way to bypass the module all together.
Any help or guidance is appreciated thank you
So the list of codes they printed out for me are
You can look them up on obd-codes.com
Those are mostly communication trouble codes. The computer modules can't talk to each other, which means they aren't getting the information they need to perform their function (it's also why bypassing doesn't help). That explains the limp mode. Cross your fingers and keep looking.
