- Love your channel! I’m a DIY guy as much as possible. Here’s my question. I can’t figure out my son’s issue on his 2015 Jeep JK, 3.6 Sahara. When you get on the peddle, to pass on the highway for example, the engine revs high (won’t up-shift), then loses power so badly that you have to pull of the road as we lose all throttle. We let it sit or shut it off and we get throttle back. Other times from a dead stop and try to accelerate quickly, it’s sluggish, especially up grade. No codes, all fluids perfect and I’m stumped after looking on line for answers. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for any info!

If it won't upshift that sounds like a transmission problem.
As far as losing power have you checked filters, plugs, fuel pressure, vacuum leaks, battery, alternator? Anything suspicious in live data?
