I have a 2015 Lincoln MKZ. It has 130,000 miles and it stalls when coming to a complete stop sometimes. The codes on it are P0087 and P00C6. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you look up those codes? They both pertain to low fuel pressure at the fuel rail. You most likely have a fuel pump or clogged filter problem.
