How do I fix overheating

2015 Subaru Forester overheating.

Had hoses changed but didn't work. Spark plugs wet on one side not the other.

Were the hoses leaking? Deteriorated/cracking? Hoses generally won't cause overheating unless they leak. An exception would be the lower radiator hose which is under suction, so if that softens it can choke off the coolant flow.

Wet with what? Coolant? Oil? If you've overheated the engine there's a good chance of a blown head gasket or warped cylinder head.
