2015 Toyota Camry XSE, 4 Cylinder, automatic transmission, 45500 miles, when I slow to 15-20 mph to make a turn the car hesitates for 2-3 seconds when I accelerate after the turn. Driving me nuts.

When the car hesitates is it because the engine is bogging down, or is the transmission failing to downshift?
You might want to do a diagnostic scan, maybe record data when the problem happens for diagnosis. If it's the engine hesitating you could also try cleaning the throttle body and MAF sensor to see if that helps.
