Scotty my friend has a 2015 Toyota Corolla SE that she purchased brand new it has recently reached 100,000 miles mostly highway miles it's not automatic it has had a minor front end wreck 3 years ago that she had repaired what maintenance does she need to have done to it to make the car last as long as possible?
It is an automatic transmission so your saying to change the tranny fluid every 50 or 60 thousand? Also should you request to drop the pan or just a pump out of the tyranny fluid?
Do the maintenance called for in the owner's manual but do not let the engine oil and filter go for more than 5000 miles. If there is no service interval specified for the manual transmission change its oil about every 50,000 to 60,000 miles. (No problem doing it now if it has not been done yet.)
