2016 Ford Explorer 3.5 Ecoboost jerks around 40mph

I have a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport 3.5 Ecoboost that started jerking, hesitating around 40-45mph. Explorer has 61,000 miles on it. No previous issues. Engine light is not on. No stored old codes. All 6 Spark plugs replaced. All 6 ignition coils replaced.  Slight improvement. What could be causing this.

Thank You

I did notice when this is happening the RPM's increase around 300-500 rpm

Clean the injectors. Also, have you changed the ATF?

Make sure the ATF gets changed relatively soon. My girlfriend's EcoBoost Mustang needed its ATF changed and the Ford dealer straight up told her the fluid is good for 150,000 miles. I told her to ask if they warranty the transmission to 150k and they said no, just 60k. They basically want you to buy a new car at 150k when you change the fluid and the transmission slips like crazy.

Typical dealership lie. Nothing new here.

Thank you we'll do.

I have not changed the ATF. As far as the injectors I've just ran some Lucas through it.

Check the air filter as well.
If I'm not mistaken, yours only have direct injection. If this is the case, you may have some carbon built up on the valves.
I would change the ATF regardless.

The air filter did look fine but was the plan to pick up a new one today regardless.

Ill also look into getting the ATF fluid changed out.

Thank You
