Hi Scotty, I have a 2016 Hi da Accord that has always made this grinding sound, when I push on the gas. It’s intermittent and doesn’t matter if it’s the street or highway. Some days it does this several times and others once or nothing. I’ve had Honda test drive etc for the entire time that I have owned it. They never hear it! It drives me nuts!! I absolutely like this car, except for this one problem. It is a V6. Appreciate your thoughts. Thank you

master mechanic?

There is also a list of mechanics in the FAQ. Do not count on a dealership to help you.

I posted anyway in a different way because the last person was no help in answering and frankly rude

Don't lie. I was not rude.  Everything I said was an attempt to solve your problem.

This is rude:

What kind of answer is this???

The same question is the same question, no matter how you phrase it. I suggest you follow the rules (the spirit of the rule, not the letter) from now on.

Please see the FAQ

What kind of answer is this??? I already checked out FAQ

It is a normal answer because your question is in the FAQ, and you didn't provide any details (like where it's coming from ) or mention anything about your troubleshooting attempts.
Since you read the FAQ, please detail the troubleshooting steps from the FAQ that you tried (so I'm not wasting my time repeating them), and what were the results please?

I did mention the troubleshooting. The dealership did all sorts of diagnostics etc. Nothing. As I mentioned it’s intermittent

what kind of diagnostics?

When you followed the FAQ, did you find any loose exhaust heat shields? What is the condition of your motor mounts?
What did you find out when you hooked up a listening device? remove the serpentine belt?

maybe you could describe the sound .... How long does it last? Is it a repeating sound? Is it louder inside or outside the car? under the hood?
You're not giving us much to go on here.

You would probably be best served by taking your car to an independent mechanic with a good reputation who could pinpoint the source of the noise and it’s cause, and make the necessary repair. It is unlikely that anyone here could accurately diagnose a noise without being able to hear it. Ask around at work, neighbors, search online, etc for mechanic recommendations in your area.
I actually found a Honda mechanic when I went to the Honda dealership parts department to purchase an oil filter. I asked another customer if they knew a good mechanic and they referred me to a great guy.

Yes I read it. I posted anyway in a different way because the last person was no help in answering and frankly rude
