2016 Honda civic when I accelerate and the car gets to 25mph it will constantly jerk and if I try to push through the jerking I get a check engine light and car looses power I did a tune up what can be the problem

can you provide a little more info per the instructions please? Did you try scanning to see what the warning light is about? (it's free at the parts store).
